Envisage local costumes, Berber tribesmen and their light footed camels, women doing their washing whilst chatting away in front of ancient Moroccan doors ; and don’t forget the succulent Maroccan cuisine with beguiling sweet and savory flavours and exotic colours. The North African villages can be found both nestled into the mountains and lost in the desert plain. At any moment within an Arab quarter near the citidal you may encounter a hoard of horse riders coming at you like a fantasia from out of the blue…

We have personally sought out some wonderful treasures for you - including walnut furniture inlaid with tadelakt, beautiful hand painted pottery, hand crafted wrought iron sofas with brightly coloured cushions, superb original paintings, seagrass and wool rugs, traditional cedar wood and walnut sculptures, tagines, cookery books (in french) and many others.
